Paradise Floors provides residential and commercial flooring installation, refinishing, and related services throughout Detroit and the surrounding Metro Detroit area. These Terms govern your use of our website and any services provided by Paradise Floors.

ESTIMATES & QUOTES

All estimates provided by Paradise Floors are non-binding unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection and may change due to:
• Hidden subfloor damage
• Structural issues
• Material availability or price changes
• Scope changes requested by the customer

Final pricing will be confirmed prior to project commencement when possible.

SCHEDULING & PROJECT TIMELINES

Project timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:
• Material availability
• Weather conditions
• Site readiness
• Unforeseen structural or subfloor conditions

Paradise Floors is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our reasonable control.

MATERIALS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• Materials may be supplied by Paradise Floors or the customer
• Paradise Floors is not responsible for defects in customer-supplied materials
• Natural variations in color, grain, texture, or finish are inherent to flooring materials and are not considered defects

Samples and showroom displays are representative only.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:
• Deposits may be required prior to scheduling
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may result in additional fees or service suspension

Paradise Floors reserves the right to withhold warranties or documentation until payment is received in full.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted as early as possible. Fees may apply if:
• Materials have already been ordered
• Labor has been scheduled
• Work has already commenced

Custom or special-order materials are non-refundable.

SITE CONDITIONS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for:
• Providing clear access to the work area
• Removing personal items, furniture, and valuables unless otherwise agreed
• Securing pets and children away from work zones

Paradise Floors is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or hidden defects.

WARRANTY & LIMITATIONS

Paradise Floors warrants workmanship according to the terms specified in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper maintenance
• Water damage, flooding, or moisture issues
• Damage caused by third parties or acts of nature

Manufacturer warranties apply separately to flooring materials.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paradise Floors shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of use, profits, or business interruption
• Damages exceeding the total amount paid for services

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Paradise Floors and may not be used without written permission.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This website may contain links to third-party websites. Paradise Floors is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.

GOVERNING LAW
